4. Report Submissions

When submitting outage reports:

  • Reports must be accurate and based on real observations
  • You grant us the right to display your reports publicly on the map
  • Reports automatically expire after 24-48 hours
  • We reserve the right to remove fraudulent or inappropriate reports
  • You are responsible for the content of your submissions

5. Intellectual Property

The Noxta platform, including its design, code, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS"

Noxta is provided without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Outage reports are user-generated and may not be accurate or current. Always verify critical information through official sources.

7. Limitation of Liability

Noxta and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. This includes damages from decisions made based on information displayed on our platform.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that:
