Reports: Outage reports are automatically deleted after their expiry time (24-48 hours by default). This ensures the map displays only current, relevant information.

Account Data: Account information is retained as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Session Data: Session cookies expire after 7 days of inactivity.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Outage reports (location, issue type, description) are displayed publicly on the map to inform communities about outages. Personal information like email addresses and passwords are never shared publicly or with third parties.
